Biography
Mr. Harry Gruner is a Co-Founder and serves as Executive Chairman at JMI Equity. He served as a Board Member at Code42. He has been working with software companies for more than 30 years, having had the privilege of participating in the growth of the software industry from its infancy to where it is today. He has served on the Boards of over 35 software and information businesses in the last 22 years, including seven public companies, as well as many nonprofit organizations. He served as a Board Member at Intelex Technologies. Mr. Gruner previously was a Principal in the software investment banking group at Alex. Brown. He also worked in marketing at computer-aided design software developer Sigma Design and in the technology investment banking group at Blyth Eastman Paine Webber. He served as a Board Member at CoreHR. He also serves as an Advisor at Savano Capital Partners and Chicago Pacific Founders. He holds BA in History from Yale University and MBA from Harvard Business School.
