Biography

Ms. Christine King serves as Board Member, Chairman of Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Member of the Audit Committee at Allegro Microsystems. Ms. Christine King served as Chief Executive Officer at AMIS. Christine King has been nominated to serve on our board of directors. From October 2008 to August 2012, Ms. King served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Microsystems Corporation, which was later acquired by Microchip Technology Inc., where she also served as a member of the board of directors. Since January 2014, Ms. King has served on the board of directors of Skyworks Solutions, Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturer of high-performance analog semiconductors with operations and facilities located worldwide. Since November 2006, Ms. King also serves as a member of the board of directors of Idaho Power Company, an electrical power utility company. Ms. King began her career at Internal Business Machines Corporation ("IBM"), where she held various engineering, business and management positions, including as Vice President of Semiconductor Solutions. After over 25 years at IBM, Ms. King became the Chief Executive Officer and served on the board of directors of AMI Semiconductor, Inc., which was later acquired by ON Semiconductor Corporation, from September 2001 until March 2008. Ms. King served on the board of directors of Analog Devices, Inc. from June 2003 to March 2008 and served as a member of the board of directors of QLogic Corporation from April 2013 to August 2016, and as its Executive Chairman from August 2015 to August 2016. Ms. King also served on the board of directors of Cirrus Logic, Inc. from October 2013 to August 2018. Ms. King received an A.A.S and A.A. from the State University of New York, Orange County Community College in 1973. Ms. King received a B.S. from the Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1976 in Electrical Engineering.
