Biography
Mr. Andrea Tuccio serves as Managing Partner & Member of the Advisory Committee at Mindful Capital Partners. He is part of the investment team and is responsible for investment origination, structuring, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of investments. He has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, and private equity. Before joining MCP, He co-founded RSM Italy Capital Markets, a financial advisory boutique focused on mid-market transactions, holding the positions of Managing Partner and International Business Development Partner. He was also a Director at Banca Profilo, managing several private equity and M&A transactions, and started his career at KPMG, with exposure to both audit and advisory activities. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Genoa.
