Biography

Mr. Michel Lozeau is a Co-Founder & serves as a Venture Partner at Framework Venture Partners. He served as President of the Board at Anges Québec. He serves as the Chairman at CentrixOne. He also serves as a Board Member at Crewdle. He has a career mainly in consulting and information technologies. A graduate of McGill University (BCom. 1974) and a Queen's University Executive Program Programor (1998), he has served as an executive in Montreal and Toronto with international technology companies. information and management consulting firms, including Andersen Consulting, SHL Systemhouse, and Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for professional services in Canada from 1995 to 2001. He has also worked for financial institutions, including the National Bank of Canada, where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Electronic Commerce, and was a member of the Management Committee. Since 2004, he has acted as an Executive Coach to senior executives and as a strategic advisor to companies. He received the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors of Canada in 2005 and has served on numerous boards of public and private corporations. Based in France from 2009 to 2014, he was executive vice president and director of the Cercle des Dirigeants d'Entreprise Franco-Québécois. Back in Montreal permanently, he continues to work as a Business Coach in the service of companies in France and Canada. He serves as Chairman at ImPak.
