Biography

Mr. Eddy Shalev is a Founding Partner of Genesis Partners. Mr. Shalev served as Board Member at Kaymera. He serves as Investment Director at UG-Technion Partners. He serves as a Chairman at F2 Capital. He also serves as a Board Member at Datomize. He also serves as a Venture Advisor at Israel Biotech Fund. He serves as a Board Member at Sensible Medical. He serves as a Board Member at eToro and Spondoolies Tech. He is currently on the board of Aternity, Wintegra, and WorkLight and advised Rumble in the past. He has been an active private equity investor in Israel since 1992 when he began a private equity investment program that invested in early-stage Israeli high-tech companies. Beginning in 1985, he led the Israeli affiliates of Oscar Gruss and Sons and then later CIBC-Oppenheimer, where he directed the firm's corporate banking, sales, trading, and equity research for Israeli companies traded on NASDAQ. He also Co-Founded the Mofet Israel Technology Fund, one of Israel's first venture capital firms. He began his career with IBM, where he served as a Large Systems Expert and Account Executive for IBM Israel and as a Large Accounts Strategic Planner for IBM United Kingdom. He holds an MSc in Information Systems and a BA in Statistics, both from Tel Aviv University. He served as Board Member at Gryphonet.
