Carol Hance General Information

Biography

Ms. Carol Hance served as Managing Director Emeritus at LongueVue Capital. She has extensive experience as a private equity investor and as an investment and commercial banker dealing with small and middle market companies. Ms. Hance was the co-head of the Retailing Group at Kidder, Peabody & Co., responsible for the IPO, secondary, and merger and acquisition activities of the group. Ms. Hance headed the Asset Securitization departments of two Wall Street firms and managed a $5 billion loan portfolio at a multinational bank. In addition, Ms. Hance's operating experience includes serving as the Chief Sustainability Officer of a packaging logistics company and Chief Operating Officer of a wireless technology company. She has served on five corporate Boards and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College as well as a degree from Harvard University's Business School, Program for Management Development.
