Biography

Mr. Bruno Candelier serves as Managing Partner, Consumer & Fund Manager at Seven2. Mr. Candelier made the move to private equity, partnering with entrepreneurs to help them achieve their full potential. Twenty years later, he's still here and happier than ever. For him, Seven2 is an exceptional team with diverse personalities and skills but strong shared values. With growth firmly embedded in its DNA, the firm provides powerful solutions for mid-market companies. He specializes in putting digital at the heart of his strategies to build high-growth consumer-centric companies. As a young man, he worked as a shift supervisor for the Marine Nationale and a plant manager at Vallourec. With a Civil Engineering degree from École Nationale des Mines and an MBA from INSEAD, he moved into the consulting world in 1996, taking on a role at McKinsey & Company in Paris, London, and Johannesburg. He then co-founded his own company, Body iQ, before joining Apax Partners (now Seven2) in 2001 where he oversees consumer investments.
