Biography

Mr. Steven Wang serves as Director, Private Equity & Head of the Greater China Health Care Investment Team at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. Mr. Wang joined KKR in 2014. Mr. Wang has played a significant role in the investments in United Envirotech, Sunner Development, and Tarena International. Prior to KKR, Mr. Wang was the investment director at Tsing Capital/ China Environment Fund since 2009, a leading venture capital firm focused on investment in China's environmental sector. Prior to that, Steven worked as an analyst in the UBS Asia Investment Banking Division since 2006. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a BA in Economics from Peking University.
