Biography

Dr. Stephen Sherrill is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Company. He serves as Board Member at Gamo Outdoor. He was an officer of CVC from 1983 through 1994. Previously, he was an associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. He is a member of the investment committee. He is currently Chairman of the Board of B&G Foods, Inc., and a director of Royal Robbins, Inc., Gamo Outdoor, SL, New Archery Products Corp., and Daisy Manufacturing Co. In the past, he was a director of the following BRS portfolio companies: Remington Arms, Inc., Eurofresh, Inc., Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, Mediq, Inc., Restaurant Associates Corp, Jitney-Jungle Stores of America, Inc., Healthessentials Solutions, Inc., HealthPlus Corporation, Seroyal Holdings, L.P., Inc., Doane Pet Care Enterprises, MWI Veterinary Supply Co., Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc., Il Fornaio (America) Corporation and Airxcel Holdings, Inc.
