Biography

Mr. Krishna Srinivasan is a Founding Partner at LiveOak Ventures. He served as Board Member at Backflip. He also serves as Chairman & Board Member at DISCO. He serves as a Board Member at RealWork Labs, Nada, Backflip, Eventus, SchooLinks, Litlingo, TalentGuard Holdings, and Rollick. He served as a Board Member at OpCity, Digital Pharmacist, Iris Plans, and Razberi previously. He served as a board member at Hive9. Before co-founding LiveOak, he served as a Partner at Austin Ventures. At Austin Ventures, he worked with companies such as Augmentix, Entorian (NASDAQ: ENTN), Caringo, Coldwatt (Nasdaq: FLEX), Spatial Wireless (NASDAQ: ALU), Mavenir Systems (NYSE: MVNR), and BlackSand Technologies (NASDAQ: QCOM). Before co-founding LiveOak, he joined Austin Ventures in 2000 and served as a Partner there since 2006. At Austin Ventures, he worked with companies focused on Enterprise Solutions (Augmentix, Entorian - NASDAQ: ENTN, Caringo), Communications Infrastructure (Spatial Wireless - NASDAQ: ALU, Mavenir Systems), Semiconductors (Black Sand Technologies, Pyxis), and Clean-tech (Astrowatt, Coldwatt - Nasdaq: FLEX). Before joining Austin Ventures, he was with Motorola where he worked with a variety of business units on strategic and operational issues. He started his professional career at SEMATECH. He previously was a Board Member of TiE Austin and currently is the Chairman of the Miracle Foundation board, an Austin-based organization that supports orphanages in India. He received his MBA from Wharton where he graduated with the highest academic honors as a Palmer Scholar. He also has an MS in Operations Research from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, where he graduated with the highest all-around honors.
