Before joining Easton in 2000, he was the head of Corporate Finance at Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn, LLC, a large funds management and private equity firm. Previously, he ran Neptune Management Company (a manager of funds and accounts investing in special situations and distressed securities); was a senior executive in a distressed securities investment vehicle and served as a Vice President in Corporate Finance at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and was an attorney with Sullivan & Cromwell. He currently serves on the Boards of Archibald, Autonet and TransMolecular, and is a Board observer of CardioMEMS. He served as the Board member at Gentis.
