Biography

Mr. Sky Dayton is a Co-Founder & serves as Board Member at CloudKitchens. Mr. Dayton serves as a Partner at Dayton Family Enterprises. He founded EarthLink. He is the Founder of Boingo Wireless. He is a Co-Founder of Neopets. He Co-Founded eCompanies. He co-founded and served as a Board Member at SummerBio. He serves as a Board Member and Advisor at Age of Learning. Immediately after high school, he spent two years managing the computer graphics departments of two advertising firms. In 1990, he co-founded Café Mocha in West Hollywood. In 1992, while continuing to manage it, he co-founded Dayton Walker Design. He has been a Director of ReplayTV, since April 1999 and is a Member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of companies and Business.com. In addition to that, he is on the Board of Business.com, the US Ski and Snowboard team Board of Trustees, and the Advisory Boards of NTT DoCoMo and the Center for Public Leadership at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He graduated from the Delphian School in 1988 and decided to forgo college to pursue his interests in technology. He also served as the CEO and Non-Executive Chairman at Helio. He is also an Angel Investor. He also served as a Board Member at Gobbler.
