Christopher Hugo General Information
Biography
Mr. Christopher Hugo serves as Managing Director, Partner & Shareholder at Palladion Partners. He also served as Partner & Chairman of the Operating Committee at PMG MittelstandsGruppe. He has acquired a large number of German and international companies since the beginning of the 1990s and has played a decisive role in shaping their strategic development from the circle of shareholders and the Supervisory Board. Well-known examples are: Edscha AG, FRIMO GmbH, HDW Howaldtswerke Deutsche Werft AG, Süd-Chemie AG, Pfleiderer AG, AMAG Austria Metall AG, Duropack GmbH, Constantia Flexibles GmbH. After completing his studies, he initially worked in auditing and tax consulting at Haarmann, Hemmelrath (Munich) and Arthur Andersen (Frankfurt). He was then managing partner of PCI Capital Invest from 1993 to 2001 and managing partner (Europe) of One Equity Partners from 2001 to 2012. He studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. hsg).
