Sam Tidswell-Norrish General Information
Biography
Mr. Sam Tidswell-Norrish served as Managing Director of Investor Relations at Motive Partners. He began his career with Barclays in Payments Reengineering and subsequently worked in several areas of the bank including equity capital markets. In 2013 he was selected as a young leader of the future by the New Entrepreneurs Foundation and joined Monitise Plc as an Associate, becoming a VP and subsequently the Chief of Staff. He has been a personal investor in several early-stage businesses, built his own event management company, exiting successfully, and was heavily involved in the establishment and governance of Innovate Finance still acting as a Board Observer. He has worked closely with UK Trade & Investment in supporting the UK Government's FinTech agenda, and regularly attends and contributes towards key global events such as the Annual Meeting of the WEF in Davos and IFGS (Innovate Finance Global Summit). He received an M.Sc. in International Business at Leeds University Business School and graduated, with honors, with a degree in Social Policy.
