Biography

Mr. Peter Rickloff is a Founder and serves as Principal at Lightning Capital. Mr. Rickloff served as an Associate at Revolution Capital Group. He founded Lightning Capital in 2017 to help grow small family-run businesses. Since then Lightning Capital has grown to include both multifamily real estate and small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) businesses. As of mid-2021, Lightning Capital has over $10M in assets under management between real estate and portfolio companies. Prior to founding Lightning Capital, he worked in the Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse and as a Senior Associate at Revolution Capital Group. He manages all aspects of Lightning Capital's operations including deal sourcing, due diligence, and operations. He is also an avid traveler and photographer having traveled to over 50 countries and visiting 45 states before he turned 30. In his spare time, He loves to golf and fish, and he tries to get out on the water with his wife and two dogs any chance he gets. He is a two-time graduate of Wake Forest University with a BS in Biology and an MS in Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
