Biography

Mr. Brian Schnepff served as Partner & Head, Insurance Practice at Odgers Berndtson. He focuses on top-level assignments in the Insurance and Financial Service sectors including insurance carriers, reinsurers, technology and analytics services firms, brokerage firms, and private equity firms. His portfolio of search work spans front office and functional roles, including CEO and business-line leaders, heads of risk management, operations infrastructure, sales/distribution, marketing, product management, finance and accounting, technology, actuarial, underwriting and analytics. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he was a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, in their Global Insurance and Financial Services Infrastructure Practices. Before this, he was with Highland Partners, where he was a member of the global financial services and insurance practices. He was a journalist before beginning his career in executive search. Brian has a BA in journalism with a concentration in business and Spanish from Indiana University. He also attended the Spanish-American Institute in Seville, Spain.
