Biography

Mr. Jeffrey Rosenthal is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Imperial Capital Group. He is also the Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at AltEx Capital. He served as a Board Member at Infinity Laboratories. He is the National Co-Chair of the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) and Vice-Chair of the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto. Mr. Rosenthal is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Imperial Capital Group. He was the Past Vice-Chair, of Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation. He co-led the formation of Imperial Capital Acquisition Funds I, II, and III and the resulting acquisitionseveralr of successful platform companies starting Imperial Capital, he was Vice-President of Startups, where he was responsible for raising financing, and assisting with strategic planning, setting management g, goals and establishing systems for various entrepreneurial and start-up businesses. Mr. Rosenthal was also involved in founding several entrepreneurial ventures in the computer, transportation, real estate,e and entertainment fields. He is a past Director of Kenra, Associated Freezers Corporation, YPTel Corporation, E.D. Smith &, Sons, and Stantec. He received his Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business and has a degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto.
