Biography

Mr. Steven Neumann is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Latticework Capital Management. Mr. Neumann serves as Board Member at Salt Dental Collective. He serves as Board Member at Athenix Body Sculpting Institute. He also serves as a Board Member at BioScrip. Previously, he served as a Managing Director at KRG Capital Partners. He joined KRG Capital in 1998. He has over 20 years of private equity and corporate finance experience. He has served as a member of the Firm's Investment Committee since 2007 and as a lead Managing Director and member of the Board of Directors for a number of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining KRG Capital, he served as a Vice President for a regional investment banking firm (1996 to 1998) and as a Manager in the Corporate Finance Services Group with the San Francisco office of Coopers & Lybrand (1992 to 1996). He earned a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado.
