Biography
Mr. Jason Fenn serves as a Partner at CPS Capital. He also serves as a Board Member at Cloudli Communications. Currently, he serves as a Partner at CPS Capital. He served as Vice President & Investment Counsellor at CGOV Asset Management. Before joining CGOV Asset Management, He worked in several capacities; most recently he was a lawyer with the law firm Rohmer & Fenn. He leads investment activity across the CPS portfolio and advises portfolio company leadership on business development, talent & leadership, and legal matters. He also oversees the firm's investor relations function. He served as Interim Co-CEO of Royal House Partners. Before CPS, he held executive roles with Fiera Capital and CGOV Asset Management and started his career as a corporate/commercial lawyer. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario. He then completed his law degree at the University of Toronto and went on to obtain his MBA from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a holder of the CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
