Biography

Ms. Margaret Donigan served as Chief Operating Officer at QT Imaging. Ms. Meg Donigan served as Managing Partner at Boudica Capital. She served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Paradigm Tax Group. Meg Donigan has more than 15 years of experience as an investor, advisor to private equity firms, and as a member of the leadership team of a PE-backed company. Most recently, Donigan was EVP of Corporate Development for The Paradigm Tax Group, where she completed eight add-on investments, and was a member of the executive team that returned 3.8x capital to its investors in less than three years. Prior to that, Donigan was a Principal with Monitor Clipper Partners, a Boston-MA based private equity firm with $2.0 billion in capital under management. She led the firm's business services and education investment programs, spearheading the investments in Paradigm Tax Group, National Entertainment Network, and Higher Education Partners. Prior to joining MCP, Donigan was a senior consultant with Monitor Consulting Group, where she led engagements with private equity firms as well as consumer, retail and healthcare companies. Donigan earned her B.A. from Yale College and her MBA from The Wharton School, where she was named a Palmer Scholar. She also serves as an Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Paradigm Tax Group. Prior to joining Paradigm, Meg was with Monitor Clipper Partners, a private-equity firm based in Boston, where she led the firm's investment in Paradigm and served on the Board of Managers. Ms. Donigan holds a MBA in Finance and Operations Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in History from Yale University.
