Theodore Laufik General Information
Biography
Mr. Theodore Laufik served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Cyprium Partners. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Resilience Capital Partners. Prior to Resilience, he worked with Morgenthaler. Mr. Laufik joined Morgenthaler in 1985 as the Chief Financial Officer and became a Partner in 1995. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Laufik was the Chief Financial Officer of a regional real estate development firm where he was responsible for project financing including partnership syndications, construction, and property management. From 1976 to 1981, he was a Manager with the international public accounting firm Touche Ross & Company (now Deloitte & Touche). He holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Cleveland State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Laufik is the Chief Financial Officer & Partner at Foundation Medical Partners.
