Biography
Ms. Amanda Parness is the Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Spring Advisory Services. She also serves as a Member of the Strategic Advisory Board at Vintage Investment Partners. She is also a Co-Founder and serves Board Member at Negave Estates. She served as Managing Principal at GoldPoint Partners. She is involved in all of the firm's investment activities with a concentration on its equity co-investment and fund investment businesses. Ms. Parness has been with the firm, including with New York Life Private Finance Group prior to the formation of the firm, since 1998. Prior to joining New York Life in 1998, Ms Parness worked as a Financial Analyst in the Equity Research Department of Goldman Sachs. Ms. Parness earned a BA with dual majors in Economics and English Literature from Barnard College at Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia University. Ms. Parness also serves on GoldPoint's investment committee.
