Biography

Mr. Marc Magliacano serves as Managing Partner at L Catterton. He serves as Chairman at Ideal Image Group. Previously, he served as Partner L Catterton. He serves as Board Member at EGYM. Prior to joining Catterton, he was a Principal at North Castle Partners, a private equity firm focused on consumer investments that benefit from healthy living and aging trends. During his eight years at North Castle, he originated, executed and monitored investments in the consumer healthcare, nutrition and wellness and fitness sectors. Prior to joining North Castle, He worked at NMS Capital, the merchant bank of NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, making growth investments in early-stage consumer and retail businesses. Prior to NMS Capital, he served in the Leveraged Finance group of NationsBanc Capital Markets where he financed recapitalizations and leveraged buyout transactions for financial sponsors. He has served on the boards of directors of a variety of private and public companies, including RH (formerly Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc.), OneSpaWorld Holdings Limited and Leslie's, Inc. He received a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with dual degrees in Finance and Operations and Information Management and received an MBA from Columbia Business School. He also serves on the Board of Leslie's Poolmart.
