Biography

Ms. Randie Lewis served as Vice President, Land at Bluescape Resources. In this capacity, Lewis is responsible for overseeing all land acquisitions, title diligence, all curative and regulatory activities, and operational compliance. She has acquired and led curative/diligence work for over 300,000 net acres across the Marcellus, Utica, Eagle Ford, Mississippian Lime, and Barnett basins; and additionally, Lewis oversaw and managed 100,000 net acres of diligence in the Ardmore and Williston/Bakken basins for a $12 million dollar loan transaction. Lewis also provides land and title support to Parallel Resource Partners, helping to evaluate and diligence new opportunities and actively assisting portfolio companies' land teams with current projects, mediation, and acquiring assets. With Parallel Resource Partners, Lewis has assisted with completed transactions of $120 million. Prior to joining Bluescape, Lewis worked for Dale Property Services, an exclusive oil and gas broker for Chesapeake Energy. As a Curative/Title Agent and most recently the Curative Department Trainer for Dale Property Services, she specialized in examining abstracts of title and drafting the necessary documents needed to ensure the lowest risk possible for drilling. Previously, Lewis worked in the healthcare industry, assisting hospitals with their professional staffing deficiencies and collaborating with hospitals to recognize and track changing trends in healthcare markets. Lewis received a bachelor of music from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas, a master of music from Southern Methodist University, and her Advance Professional Land Management (APLM) and Professional Land Management (PLM) Certification from the University of Houston. She is also a member of the Women's Energy Network, an international association for women professionals in the energy industry and the American Association of Professional Landmen.
