Warren Riley General Information
Biography
Mr. Warren Riley serves as Advisor at Oak Investment Partners. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Robertson Stephens. He also served as Board Member at Centric Software and MyLife.com. He joined Oak in 1999, became a General Partner in 2006, and transitioned to a Venture Partner in May 2015. He teams on investments in the consumer Internet, digital media, and enterprise software and services sectors. Ren currently serves on the Boards of Gazillion Entertainment, Moxie, Photobucket, and YoYi Digital. He was on the Boards of Hipmunk (acquired by Concur Technologies), Sutherland Global Services (acquired by TPG Capital), Digital Media Group (acquired by VisionChina), iCrossing (acquired by Hearst), Parlano (acquired by Microsoft), Talisma (acquired by Moxie Software), and U.S. Auto Parts (NASD: PRTS). Ren works closely with Oak's investments in China namely Lianlian Pay. He worked in the corporate finance division and executed several public and private equity offerings as well as M&A transactions in the Internet, technology, business, and information services sectors. He serves as Board Member at GoMoxie.
