Biography

Ms. Patrice Rainier serves as Director, Investor Relations & Vice President, Investor Relations & Operations at Paladin Capital Group. Ms. Rainier is responsible for all facets of administration for Paladin's private equity funds, including the dissemination of client specific information and client interface. Ms. Rainier assists the firm's Chief Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with outside regulatory agencies, internal policies, and procedures, and oversees the storage and maintenance of all pertinent books and records. She is involved in the creation of all marketing materials, and works closely with Paladin's leadership on the firm's new business development and fundraising activities. Ms. Rainier has over fifteen years experience in client relations, administration, and marketing in the financial services industry.
