Biography

Mr. Andrew Brown serves as Managing Director at The Beekman Group. He serves as Board Member at Elite Interactive Solutions. He serves as Board Member at Air Ambulance Professionals. He served as Vice President at Patriot Capital Funding. Mr. Brown has over 15 years experience in private equity, senior and subordinated debt investing and finance. Mr. Brown is a member of the investment committee and has responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring TBG's equity and debt investments. Mr. Brown is a member of the Board of Directors of REVA, NorthStar Alarm and Brite Media. Prior to joining TBG in 2011, Mr. Brown was a Principal at Patriot Capital Funding and its successor by merger, Prospect Capital Corporation, from 2005 through 2011. While at Patriot and Prospect, Mr. Brown sourced, led over 20 debt and equity investments in lower middle-market companies. Prior to joining Patriot in 2005, Mr. Brown was a Vice President in GE Capital's Global Sponsor Finance group from 2002 through 2005, where he executed and monitored numerous senior debt investments in middle-market companies in private equity-backed companies. Mr. Brown began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1995 and spent time in both the Assurance and Transaction Services practice. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Science in Business at Lehigh University and an MBA with honors from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He served as Board Member at Paragon Payment Solutions.
