Mr. Michael Biggee is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sunstone Partners. He served as a Board Member at Thirdera. He also served as Managing Director at Trident Capital. He serves as Cloudbakers. He also served as a Board Member at Onica. Before Sunstone Partners, he was a Managing Director of Trident Capital. He joined Trident in 2005, focusing on growth equity stage investments in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Enterprise IT. He served as a Board Member at NetSPI. His current and past directorships and observerships include AlienVault, BlueCat, Host Analytics, Arxan Technologies (acquired by TA Associates), Fruition Partners (acquired by CSC), Prolexic (acquired by Akamai), Solera Networks (acquired by Blue Coat), Tablus (acquired by EMC) and Voltage Security (acquired by HP). He began his investing career 2001 with a New York-based private equity firm specializing in technology and services investments. Earlier in his career, he worked in the technology investment banking group at Merrill Lynch. An East Coast native, he earned a B.S. and Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. He also serves as a Board Member at ProgenyHealth.
