Biography

Mr. David Osborn is the Principal Owner & serves as Operating Partner at Keller Williams Realty. Mr. Osborn is the Founder and serves as Chairman at Waterloo Associates. Mr. Osborn was a Co-Founder and served as Managing Partner at Align Capital. He also serves as an Operating Partner and Regional Owner of Keller Williams Realty. Mr. Osborn is involved in all aspects of the firm, including investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, portfolio oversight, and firm management. Mr. Osborn founded and built as CEO and Chairman the 20th largest real estate brokerage company in the USA selling over 20,000 units with $5.2 billion in sales in 2015. He is an operating principal and or/investor in five Keller Williams Regions and nine Market Centers, owns 20+ real estate-related ventures, is the principal of an REI private equity group, and is the operator of over 35 profitable real estate-related businesses in the US and Canada. Mr. Osborn is a member of the Keller Williams Master Faculty and regularly teaches as a keynote speaker. Mr. Osborn is a co-founder of GoBundance, an accountability-based group of entrepreneurs, and sits on the board of the 1Life Fully Lived non-profit, a member of YPO/WPO Austin and TIGER 21. Mr. Osborn received his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
