Biography
Mr. Joel Russ serves as a Co-Managing Partner at Adelis Equity Partners. He serves as a Board Member at Unisea, Pixelz, Axentia, Valtti, Generaxion, Hantverksdata and Søgemedier. He served as a Board Member at IT Relation, AddPro, Logen, Kanarit and Nordentic. Before joining Adelis, he was a Managing Director in Audax Group's Private Equity team where he was involved with 17 platform investments and participated in the building up of Audax's sourcing and operational improvement initiatives. He worked at Audax in Boston from 2000 to 2010. After Audax, he was CEO of three small businesses with a total of 75 employees and $10 million in revenues. He also worked at UBS as an investment banker. He has executed 26 platform investments and over 75 add-on acquisitions and has been a member of the board of 26 companies. He holds a BS in Entrepreneurship & Finance from Babson College.
