Biography

Mr. Manoj Sahoo serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Windfall Bio.He is a Co-Founder of Phusis Bio. Mr. Manoj Sahoo served as Operating Partner at Ara Partners, where he is primarily focused on commercial, technical and operational matters. He has more than 23 years of extensive experience across various functions, managing multi-billion-dollar revenue businesses within Fortune 100 corporations. Prior to joining Ara, Manoj spent three years as Chief Commercial Officer at plant-based technology company, Calyxt, where he was a core member of the IPO launch team, and successfully commercialized the company's first product. He previously spent seven years at Cargill, focused on business development and commercial activities. He was the commercial leader of the fermentation segment ($2 billion in revenues) with direct P&L responsibility. At Cargill, Manoj led the enterprise global strategy team and to triple the earnings of its bio-based portfolio in five years. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in chemical engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, and a Master of Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
