Biography

Mr. Lee Zapis is a Founder & serves as President at Zapis Capital Group. Mr. Zapis serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Earnshaw Publications. He served as Board Member at Axuall. He is a Co-Founder and owner & serves as a Board Member and Vice President at Ads In Motion Outdoor. He served as a Board Member at Fevo GM. He co-founded and served as Board Member at Future. He also co-founded the company. He served as Board Member at Playlist.com. He served as Board Member at Groupmatics. He served as Board Member at Sonicbids. He joined forces with other family members to form the firm in 2003. In recent years, he has been an active investor in local technology companies. He was one of the early investors in SpineMatrix. He has more than 25 successful years as a radio executive. During his radio career, he participated in the launching of five new radio stations in Cleveland, Ohio; Akron, Ohio; Youngstown, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia; and Boston, Massachusetts. While in the broadcast industry, he was the President of Zapis Communications. Under his leadership, his radio stations received many national awards, including Billboard Magazine's Black Radio Station of the Year; Program Director of the Year; Music Director of the Year; and Air Personality of the Year. He is a current Director at O-Web Technologies and Everstream, where he was also an investor. He joined the Board of Sonicbids, where he also most recently, invested. He is a member of the Board of the Orthodox Christian Network and a member of the Advisory Board of the Nashville Songwriters Foundation. He also serves as a Board Member at GenomOncology & Playlist Media. He has appeared as a panelist at the National Association of Broadcasters convention and has served on the Arbitron Radio Advisory Council. He is a Co-Founder of Listeners Driven Radio and serves as its Chairman of the Board.
