Biography
Mr. David Henderson is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at TripleTree. He co-founded Partner & served as Managing Partner of TT Capital Partners. He served as a Board Member at Verge Health. With a well-rounded perspective on investment banking, he collaborated with Kevin Green to create the vision for a healthcare-focused and knowledge-based firm that could participate broadly across the industry, as either an investor or an advisor. Before co-founding the firm, he spent more than two decades as a venture capitalist, senior operating executive, and Certified Public Accountant. As a venture investor, he served on several public and private company Boards of Directors, working with the leadership teams to develop successful business and financing strategies. Prior roles for him include CEO of a $400 million asset bank holding company and COO of Republic Telcom Corporation. He started his career at Arthur Andersen. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant (non-active) and a graduate of Moorhead State University.
