Biography

Mr. Dmitry Yashnikov served as Managing Director & Head of GreenTech at OMERS Private Equity. He served as Director at OMERS Infrastructure Management. He is involved in the origination, evaluation and execution of new opportunities, as well as management of portfolio companies. He served as Board Member at Associated British Ports. He joined Borealis in October 2013. Since joining Borealis, He has worked on a number of transactions, including Caruna, Ellevio, Tank & Rast and London City Airport. He has also been closely involved in asset management of Associated British Ports and Ellevio. Prior to joining Borealis, He was part of Citigroup's Transportation and Infrastructure team in London, advising clients on M&A transactions and capital raisings primarily across the airport and port sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
