Biography

Ms Gail Lehmann serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Regulatory and Corporate Governance Officer at TBK Bank. She is the Executive Vice President, Chief Regulatory and Corporate Governance Officer for Triumph Bancorp, Inc. and TBK Banks, SSB. In this role, she has oversight of the critical areas of enterprise risk management, regulatory relations and corporate governance for the enterprise. She joined Triumph in 2010 with the acquisition of Equity Bank, SSB. She has been instrumental in building a solid foundation for the company's retail, information technology, and operations. Prior to her current role, she served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Secretary of TBK Bank, SSB. She previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Information Officer and Secretary under Triumph's former name, Equity Bank, SSB. Before that, she served as Corporate Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of risk management for Bluebonnet Savings Bank, FSB, a $3+ billion wholesale thrift. Over 35 years, she gained industry experience working at community banks, an international bank and several multi-bank holding companies ranging in size up to $5.3 billion. She has held positions in virtually all areas of bank operations with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, information technology and venture capital environments. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the area of property management. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration/Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois.
