Biography

Mr. Norman Loberg serves as Chairman of the Board at Alectra .He was appointed to this position in January 2017, following the merger of Enersource, Horizon Utilities and PowerStream and subsequent purchase of Hydro One Brampton. As an Alectra Board Member, he is also a member of the utility's Human Resources & Compensation Committee. From May 2007 to January 2017, he served as Chair of Enersource Corporation. He also held several senior executive positions within the Enbridge Inc. family of companies and retired from Enbridge Consumers Gas in 1999. He then served as President of BrandActive International Inc., a corporate brand implementation company. In 1999, he founded Quadra Bay Inc., a business services company and currently serves as its Chairman. He is a past Director of The Greater Toronto Airports Authority and former Director and Chair of Credit Valley Hospital. He served as Chair of the Ontario Natural Gas Association and is a former Chair of Tourism Toronto. He is currently a Director of the Hazel McCallion Foundation for Arts and Culture and is Chair of Mississauga's Legend Row.
