Biography
Mr. Matthew Midera serves as Managing Director at BTG Pactual U.S. Private Credit Investments. Mr. Midera served as Principal at Charlesbank Capital Partners. He was a Vice Prrsident and investment professional of MatlinPatterson. Prior to joining MatlinPatterson in September 2016, Mr. Midera was a Vice President at Nomura Securities where he served as a senior analyst in the Corporate Credit & Special Situations Group, focused on distressed and special situations. Prior to joining Nomura in 2013, Mr. Midera was previously an investment professional at Halcyon Asset Management and Goldman Sachs Principal Strategies. Mr. Midera began his career at Citigroup working as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Mr. Midera holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University (2008).
