Biography

Mr. Roy Shaposhnik served as Chief Strategy Advisor at Constellis. As Chief Strategy Advisor, Roy Shaposhnik is responsible for driving Constellis' strategic initiatives and partnerships, and the expansion of the company's global footprint. With more than 15 years of experience in international politics and development, logistics, security, aviation and strategic consulting, Roy specializes in helping governments and corporate entities pursue business opportunities successfully and on a global scale. Roy has served in leadership roles for both government and public organizations, focusing on innovation, rural development, aviation, security and public policy. A serial entrepreneur, he has established and run multiple companies in four different continents, all sharing the common mission to provide unique, hands-on solutions, in some of the world's most challenging regions. Roy holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international relations from IDC Herzliya and a diploma in public organization management for executives.
