Dr. James Ge served as Principal at CIRTech Fund. Mr. Ge also serves as Director at Waterwood Investment Group, with focus in technology sector. He has a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Physics from Tsinghua University, a Master in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the Stanford University. Before joining Waterwood, he was a VP in Strategy Research and M&A Department in China International Capital Corporation, responsible for industry and company researches in the area of technology, new energy, electronics and new material sectors. He served as financial advisor for domestic and overseas M&A transactions, A-share and H-share IPO and private placements, and provided strategic consultations for corporations and government in these areas.
