Biography

Mr. Robert Spencer serves as Senior Associate, Deal Team at 424 Capital. As an analyst, he is responsible for new deal origination and the sourcing, evaluation and execution of new investments for 424's active funds. He focuses on identifying untapped markets with extraordinary growth opportunities and actively engages with company executives to discuss sales, marketing and strategic value. He also identifies accretive merger and acquisition opportunities for 424's existing portfolio companies through financial analysis and market research. He graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting & Financial Management and a minor in Classics from Bucknell University. While at school, he served as Treasurer of the student government. He began his career in sales and business development at Oracle.
