Biography

Mr. Thomas Agnello serves as Operating Partner at DeltaPoint Capital Partners. He has over 40 years of experience in the High Technology, Manufacturing and Professional Services business community. Previous to affiliating with DeltaPoint, Tom founded M-One Advisors, LLC, a middle market Merger, Acquisition, Divestiture and Family Transition Services firm. Prior to forming his own company, Mr. Agnello worked in the Professional Services Industry for global firms including, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche. He also spent 24 years with Burroughs/Unisys where he retired as a VP of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Agnello earned a BBA in Business and Accounting from St. John Fisher College and is APICS and Core Value Software certified. He previously served as President of the local chapter of the American Marketing Association and Board member of Digital Rochester and CCFA.
