Biography

Mr. Isaac Lee served as Manager at Borrelli Walsh. He is based in our Singapore office. His experience covers restructuring, financial advisory engagements and corporate finance. Isaac's recent assignments relate to financial and operational reviews as well as advising on proceedings and the restructuring proposal of an Indonesian telecommunication products retail and distribution company; refinancing of a restructured Malaysian manufacturing company; and debt restructuring of a coal mining company in Indonesia. His responsibilities include financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, financial statement review and cash monitoring. Prior to joining Borrelli Walsh, Isaac spent 6 years in the mergers and acquisition, corporate finance and assurance division of Big 4 accounting firms where he was involved in buy-side and sell-side advisory, fund raising, valuation, due diligence review and assurance engagements covering the Southeast Asia region, across a broad range of industries including aerospace, oil and gas, plantation, food and beverage, retail and distribution, life sciences, construction and building materials, shipbuilding and ship repair, heavy engineering and manufacturing.
