Biography

Prior to HES, Mr. Belisle was founder/CEO of Classic Communications, the 13th largest cable television operator in the U.S. He has worked on M&A activity for mid-market customers and has previous experience as a securities attorney with Baker Botts, LLP. Belisle earned his B.A. in Business, M.S. in Accounting and Doctor of Jurisprudence, all from the University of Texas.
