Daniel Swanstrom General Information

Biography

Mr. Daniel Swanstrom served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at CorePoint Lodging. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Monogram Residential Trust. He oversees the financial, accounting, capital markets and investor relations operations of the REIT. Prior to joining the REIT, he worked at Morgan Stanley, most recently as Executive Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. During his nine-year tenure at Morgan Stanley, He managed the execution of public and private capital raises and mergers and acquisitions in excess of $25 billion. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
