Biography

Mr. Michael Borgh served as a Managing Director at Greenhill & Co. He joined Greenhill in 2017 as a Managing Director focused on the technology sector. Mr. Borgh was most recently a Managing Director and Head of Applied and Communication Technology Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, based in San Francisco. He spent 13 years at J.P. Morgan working on a variety of strategic advisory, equity and debt transactions for clients in the applied technology, software, networking, and communication technology sectors. Prior to that he was a software engineer developing wireless infrastructure at Motorola and InterDigital Communications. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from McMaster University and an MBA from New York University.
