Biography

Mr. Gil Horsky serves as an Advisor at BlueRed Partners. He is the Founding Managing Partner at FLORA Ventures. He also serves as Board Member at Incredo. He served as Senior Director of Venture Investments Snack Futures at Mondelez International. He is the Senior Director of Venture Investments, leading the company's venture investments in capabilities: FoodTech, R&D, e-commerce, supply chain, and digital capabilities. He served as a Board Member at Torr FoodTech. He is a food industry executive with 16-plus years of global leadership experience from Mondelēz, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and Nestle. He co-founded the Mondelēz corporate venture investment and incubation hub (CVC), SnackFutures, and has vast experience in incubating and commercializing new branded food innovation and FoodTech platforms that generated more than $800 million in revenues. Throughout his career, he worked in a variety of commercial roles around the globe on some of the most iconic international food brands: Milka, Pepsi, Quaker Oats, Toblerone, Cadbury, Oreo, Tropicana, and Nestle Purina. He is recognized as a prominent figure in the global AgriFood-Tech ecosystem and is a regular speaker at leading international industry conferences. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
