Biography

Mr. David Goldman serves as Partner at Celesta Capital. Prior to joining Celesta Capital, he was an Associate at Paxion Capital analyzing direct and fund investments across industries. Mr. Goldman serves as Board Member at Magnetic Insight. While at Paxion, he took an operational role in the finance org of portfolio company Katerra, helping to raise capital and oversee cash management in Saudi Arabia and the US. He started his career as an Analyst at DBO Partners, where he advised on M&A and capital raises for Semiconductor and Infrastructure Software companies. He graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, he was a member of the Huntsman Program and held leadership positions in the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He previously completed internships at DBO Partners and India Globalization Capital, as well as stakeholder engagement research for the Wharton School. He holds a Bachelor's in International Studies and Business (Huntsman Program) from University of Pennsylvania.
