Biography

Mr. Rob Salmon serves as Board Member at YOUnite. Mr. Rob Salmon served as Advisor at Cohesity. Formerly Sun Microsystems, Data General, NetApp and Cohesity BS, Computer Science, California State University-Chico (Distinguished Alumni award by the School of Engineering). Rob Salmon joined NetApp in 1994 as one of the first members of the storage vendor's sales organization. He has led global field operations since 2004, and was promoted to the position of president. Rob Salmon then accepted the president and Chief Operating Officer at Cohesity. Cohesity specializes in the development of secondary storage, specifically for hyper-converged infrastructure deployments. He retired from Cohesity in 2020.
