Biography
Mr. Shashi Mahajan serves as Principal at VEF. Mr. Mahajan served as Analyst at True North (Managers). He joined True North in 2015 and is based in Mumbai. He is involved in evaluating investments across various sectors including healthcare and IT/ITES, as well as in monitoring and managing the firm's existing portfolio companies. He holds a B.E. (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from BITS Pilani. Prior to joining True North, he was a member of the Investment Banking team at Ambit Corporate Finance in Mumbai, advising Indian and global corporates on transactions in the Consumer, Chemicals, and other sectors. He was previously a part of the Investment Banking team of JP Morgan India.
