Biography

Mr. Todd Martin serves as Managing Partner at CW Industrial Partners. He serves as Board Member at Bryant Products, Libra Industries, Innoveyance and ERL Commercial Marine. Prior to joining CapitalWorks, he worked on cross-border mergers and acquisitions with investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in New York. He worked on various buyouts, takeovers and reorganizations in the global industrial and healthcare sectors. He also has substantial experience in manufacturing. Prior to his role in M&A, he was an operation manager and Six Sigma Black Belt with General Electric, where he led turnarounds and implemented lean manufacturing and other productivity programs in various North American manufacturing sites. He began his career as an engineer where applied and research experience in the steel, pump manufacturing and medical device industries. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He completed the GE Operations Management Leadership Program and earned his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a volunteer with Saint Martin de Porres High School and Case Western Reserve University. He also served as Board Member at Ripley Tools.
